How can I pay in the webshop?
You can choose from several payment methods. Luxere offers the following options:

How do I pay with iDEAL?
Pay directly online through your own bank, using your trusted internet banking environment. Easy, secure, and compliant with your bank’s security standards. This payment method is available for customers of ABN AMRO, Rabobank, SNS Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, ASN Bank, Triodos Bank, and Van Lanschot Bank.
How do I pay with a credit card?
You can pay using the following credit cards: VISA, American Express, and MasterCard. When selecting this payment method, you will enter your card number, the exact name on the card, the expiration date, and the 3-digit CVC code (the last three digits on the back of your card) on the payment page.
To protect your data, all information is transmitted fully encrypted via SSL servers, making it secure from third-party access. The payment is authorized at the time of your order. In some cases, the cardholder may be contacted to prevent fraud.
The amount will only be charged after your order has been delivered. If your entire order cannot be fulfilled, you will only be charged for the part that is delivered.
How do I pay with Klarna?
Luxere offers the option to pay with Klarna. Klarna handles the complete post-payment process. This means you’ll receive a digital invoice from Klarna by email to complete your payment.
You can use Klarna to pay up to a limit of €300. To approve your payment request, Klarna performs a data check. Klarna adheres to a strict privacy policy as outlined in their privacy statement. If your Klarna payment request is not approved, you can still pay using another available method.

Note: With Klarna, you should receive two emails from us:

An order confirmation.

A confirmation that your payment has been approved by Klarna.
If you did not receive the second email, your order likely did not go through and will not be processed.
How do I pay with Sofort Banking?
Luxere allows payments via Sofort Banking, a secure online transfer using your internet banking details. On Sofort GmbH’s secure payment page, log in with your usual credentials, select the account to use, enter the verification code, and proceed. You’ll then see a confirmation of your order in our webshop.

Is shopping at Luxere.nl safe?
Shopping with Luxere is very safe. All your personal data is fully encrypted via SSL servers, protecting it from third-party access. This means your information is secured and cannot be viewed by others.
We comply with all privacy laws and other legal requirements. We never share your personal information with third parties without your permission.
Ordering
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, every completed order will be confirmed by email with an order confirmation.
What can I do if I experience problems during payment?
If you are unable to complete your payment after adding a product to your cart and creating an account, we recommend clearing your browser history (found under settings > history > clear history). Then try placing the product in your cart again and proceed to payment.
Can I cancel an order?
You can only cancel your order by emailing support@luxere.nl before 17:00 on the same day of placing the order. Include your name, order number, and order date. If your order is already being processed, cancellation is only possible by returning the package after delivery.
Service & Warranty
If a product shows a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovering the defect. If Luxere determines that the product is indeed defective (not due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or lack of maintenance), we will repair or replace it within a reasonable timeframe. During repair, no replacement product or compensation will be provided. If repair is not possible or unreasonable due to costs, we will offer a comparable replacement. If that is not possible, the purchase amount will be refunded.
If the product has been used incorrectly, not maintained properly, or not used according to Luxere's instructions, no right to repair, replacement, or compensation applies. The warranty is also void if the product has been modified.
Damage to the following watch components is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty: glass, strap, crown/stem, and battery. The manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your legal warranty rights. Legal warranty means that a product must perform as reasonably expected by the consumer.
